I spent last night celebrating the official grand opening of the first ever Caudalie Boutique Spa in Toronto, located within Sherway Gardens. With special guest Coco Rocha in attendance, the night was filled with amazing wine, apps & beauty talk!

Caudalie (pronouced ko-da-lee) is a French skincare brand, founded by Mathilde Thomas and her husband Bertrand in Bordeaux, France. In 1993 Mathilde and Bertrand met Dr. Vercauteren, a world-leading expert on grape vine Polyphenols, who inquired about what was being done with the grape seeds that went unused at the family vinyard, Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte. After advising the professor that the seeds were thrown out, he explained to the couple they were throwing away tiny treasures. From there, the idea of Caudalie was born and two years later in 1995 Mathilde and Bertrand registered a patent for extracting and stabilizing grape-seed Polyphenols.

The Caudalie boutique in Toronto is home to some of my favourite beauty products, including their amazing Beauty Elixir which is known to be ‘Starbucks for the face.’ Here are my top 3 Caudalie products to stock-up on for winter:
