Have you ever come across that one brand you’re completely in love with? Like head over heels, is it too-good-to-be-true kind of love? Well, that pretty much sums up my love affair with Burberry. From their classic trench to their unbelievably comfortable footwear to their incredible beauty selection, there’s no hiding that I’m a Burberry gal for life.

When Burberry released their antique nude collection, it was love at first sight. As someone who is always on-the-go, I don’t have time for a huge make-up routine every morning, and rely on no-fuss products that are easy to use. Burberry’s new collection reveals a no-makeup look, using natural, earthy tones to help me achieve a fresh, effortless look in less than 10 minutes.

LIGHT GLOW IN DARK EARTHY BLUSH

After I’ve applied my foundation, I use this lightweight blush on the hollow of my cheeks for a fresh, healthy glow. Just one swipe of this blush provides the perfect amount of coverage for me, but it is buildable for a more intense look. To create dimension, I also apply to the bridge of my nose, and along my forehead and jawline. This shade is used backstage by Wendy Rowe, Burberry’s Makeup Artistic Consultation, and is one of their runway icons. I apply this most mornings for a boost of radiance.

EYE COLOUR CONTOUR IN PALE NUDE

Ok, I’m officially obsessed with this pen. I don’t wear much eye shadow unless I have a wedding or gala to attend, but this baby is a complete game changer. The contour pen takes less than half the time of eye shadow to apply, and in just one stroke you can achieve a subtle yet rich colour. The precision dome top allows for a clean, waterproof finish, so just glide onto your lids for a beautiful, crease-free shimmer that will last all day.

NAIL POLISH IN TEA ROSE

During warmer months, I prefer to paint my nails with soft and feminine shades such as light pinks, creams and even white. This tea rose colour is more of a dusty pink after a couple coats, and provides a timeless look for spring.

FULL KISSES IN NUDE BEIGE

Soft eyes and a strong lip. That pretty much sums up my day-to-day make-up look. While I love myself a bold lip, whether it’s a bright red, popping pink or an intense coral, I find myself rocking more subtle colours in the spring. It’s always been difficult for me to find the perfect natural shade that doesn’t wash me out, so when this colour was released I did a little happy dance. Mirroring the fabrics featured on the Burberry runway, nude beige is the newest colour addition to the Full Kisses collection, and looks fabulous on olive skin tones. It’s soft colour provides an effortless look in one stroke and it’s flat top allows for easy application (perfect for those times you don’t have a mirror handy).
