I’ve always had an active, on-the-go lifestyle and this is something I’ve been adamant about maintaining since Evan was born. Sure, things have slowed down a bit, but I make it a priority to get out of the house at least once each day. I’ve been using my Ergobaby 360 Four Position Baby Carrier from bestbuy.ca quite a bit lately because it’s a perfect, hands-free option for running errands.
Best Buy Canada has been my go-to source for a lot of my baby products as they carry a massive assortment of baby gear from trusted brands, and let’s be real …the price point is on point. From carriers and car seats to strollers, monitors and everything in between, they have everything I’ll need as Evan grows. The best part is that the sale is on now until July 4th 2019, so get ready to stock up.
Since Evan is still so tiny I’ve been rocking the Ergobaby Easy Snug Carrier Insert (also from Best Buy Canada) which fits perfectly inside the 360 carrier. It’s created for newborns and supports his head and neck when we’re out and about so I know he’s safe and comfortable. The breathable mesh keeps Evan cool and well-ventilated making it the perfect companion for our summer errands.
Nitin and I did tons of research on carriers and ultimately landed on the Ergobaby 360 Four Position Carrier for it’s positive reviews and ergonomic support. After all, comfort is key. This carrier was carefully crafted with comfort and support in mind, boasting a wide waistband, padded shoulder straps and four ergonomic ways to wear your little bambino. It took me around 30 minutes to set up the carrier and adjust the straps to my liking, and once you get the hang of it it’s quite easy to put on and off. Whether I’m shopping, running into a store to pick something up or grabbing a coffee and going for a stroll by the lake, this carrier is the perfect way to keep keep Evan close to me while still allowing me the flexibility to carry bags, a drink or even my car keys.
In the last week we’ve had a ton of family and friends stop by to visit little E so I’ve been making a lot of trips to the grocery store and bakery. I can easily transfer Evan from the car seat to the carrier in less than 30 seconds, making my trips efficient and worry-free.
For all those moms-to-be out there who are constantly being told how hard it is to get out with a new baby (I can’t even begin to count the number of people who told me I would become a sleep-deprived wreck with no desire to go out), things truly are what you make of them. I highly recommend investing in a good carrier or stroller and making it part of your daily routine to use at least one of these on a daily basis. Motherhood has been the greatest blessing of my life and I’m so grateful I have a little sidekick to carry with me on all my adventures, big or small.
